$72 round trip for the California Zephyr with Amtrak From Davis
Parking is by the Davis tower and the Amtrak station attendant gives permits.


Free Public Transit in Truckee and to Palisades and Northstar.

$36 for the Train from Davis to Truckee Tahoe Area Regional Transit is free on fixed routes and goes to Northstar and Palisades. The stop by the Lodge is: STOP CODE: 610. DONNER PASS RD AT WESTGATE CENTER

Truckee Dial-A-Ride service for $6 is offered year round to the general public with priority service for seniors and persons with disabilities. 6:30AM-6:30PM, daily.

Please note that this becomes a qualifying event by staying a minimum of 1 night with 2 group meals and 5 club members attending
This is also a great opportunity if you just want to come for one night to check out the lodge.
Important info for those who will be visiting the Lodge for the first time:

1. You will need to bring your own bedding, such as sheets, pillows, sleeping bag, etc.
2. You will need to bring your own towel and personal toiletries.
3. Most other items are provided at the lodge, including soap, lotion, kitchen supplies, and internet access
4. Guests and members-in-process can be in the Lodge only when a full member is present.
